Colour the hair and eyebrows (and the moustache as well, if desired) with Water Make-up. Use a toothbrush to do this.
Use the brush to add sharp lines upwards to the eyebrows to give a mean effect.
Hint: You make the goatee using Wool Crepe. You can do this in advance.
You can also opt for a genuine hair goatee.
