ANIMAL TESTING

Grimas has never carried out animal testing or given instructions to do so, and never will.

Animal tests for cosmetics have been banned by law since 2004 throughout Europe. Ingredients for cosmetics have not been allowed to be tested on animals in Europe since 2013 either.

It is impossible for a cosmetics manufacturer to demonstrate that a supplier of a raw material has never tested that ingredient on animals.
The raw material may have been tested in the past.
The claim “not tested on animals” is misleading in such cases.

Fortunately, animal testing is now forbidden for cosmetics.

Conclusion: Grimas has never carried out animal testing or given instructions to do so, and never will.
We will not supply to countries (like China) that require animal testing.
