Colour the hair and eyebrows (and the moustache as well, if desired) with Water Make-up. Use a toothbrush to do this. Use the brush to add sharp lines upwards to the eyebrows to give a mean effect.
Hint: You make the goatee using Wool Crepe. You can do this in advance. You can also opt for a genuine hair goatee.
WOOL CREPE GOATEE
Pull a braid of about 50 cm wool crepe loose from the strings around which it has been wound.
If you feel resistance, you cut the strings loose so that you can continue.
