Lower eyelash edge: apply the eyeliner with a brush from the outer corner towards the inner side, but do not finish too close to the inner corner of the eye.
When the eyes are fully outlined, they will look smaller.
To get the stubble effects you use a Stubble Sponge.
Apply the make-up using a slightly moist sponge. Water Make-up (Pure) works basically the same way as watercolour paints. Hold the Stubble Sponge between the fingers and compress it gently, so that it becomes a bit convex. Then work dabbing onto the skin: do not use a brushing motion, since you would remove the structured effect.
