WATER MAKE-UP

Water Make-up works just like watercolour paint. Use the brush and a little water to soften the make-up and make it a bit pasty. Test the colour intensity on the hand. Don't work too dry, but do not use too much water.

First apply the green base and don't forget the neck and the ears. Once this layer is dry, you use a brush with black to create the shape of the scales. The scales can be highlighted, if necessary, with a lighter green colour.

Hint: to make beautiful, thin lines, you mix the Water Make-up with Cleansing Lotion instead of water.
FINISHING

You colour the upper lip black as well as the lower edges that have not been stuck on. Apply red edges around the eyes using a brush.

Water Make-up can be used to add (additional) colour to the hair and eyebrows, provided that the hair is not permed, bleached or dyed. For the head hair you use a sponge or a toothbrush, for the eyebrows you use a brush.
